Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Closely steering our strategic IT providers in the area of IT Infrastructure Services
• Acting as an interface between international IT service providers and our internal IT infrastructure delivery teams.
• Defining and managing governance boards between the IT providers and our internal teams
• Leading and supporting IT outsourcing projects
• Defining and monitoring service level KPIs (SLAs, OLAs, UCs) to ensure great service performance and high-quality

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT
• Overarching IT knowledge and basic ITIL knowledge
• Experience in IT sourcing and project experience in cooperating with external IT service providers
• Above-average analytical and conceptual skills
• Keen interest in international collaboration
• Communication and diplomatic skills, as well as fluent English language skills
