Introduction

In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI SOUTH, we enable ALDI’s Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology.

Our focus is on securing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as driving ALDI’s ambition to make sustainability affordable to our customers.

We are convinced that you cannot do business without sustainability – and you cannot do sustainability without technology.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Establishing, managing and developing your own team made up of six to eight experts 
  • Applying principles and methods for agile team leadership 
  • Initiating and leading projects for continuous process improvement 
  • Enabling the organisation to use new CR tools 
  • Stakeholder management of external partners and international project teams  
  • Developing a roadmap for implementing our “Global Sustainability Strategy (GSS)” vision 

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Degree with a focus on business administration, computer science, or sustainability and corporate responsibility 
  • Experience in leading employees and managing external partners 
  • Interest in the area of sustainability and corporate responsibility 
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks, methods and tools for process optimisation 
  • Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way 
  • Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working and enjoyment in shaping and supporting change  
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
