Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Helping define the overarching IT strategy for buying, utilising the OKR framework (objectives and key results) 
• Overseeing and supporting the implementation of IT projects and initiatives related to buying, ensuring they progress according to plan and align with the broader business strategy
• Capturing and monitoring the strategic IT roadmap for buying in ServiceNow in close collaboration with relevant stakeholder groups
• Collaborating with leaders and their respective teams to identify, prioritise and steer strategic IT initiatives
• Acting as an in-house consultant and providing ad-hoc analyses/concepts related to strategic IT topics currently relevant in the industry
• Preparing presentations and coordinating international senior management committees

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, economics or a related field
• Proven experience in IT project management, planning and execution, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders across hierarchy levels
• Analytical thinking and the ability to process complex information
• Discretion and a high level of trustworthiness
• Independent and proactive approach to tasks

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT strategy or management consulting 
• German language skills are beneficial
• Experience working with ServiceNow
