Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Ensuring compliance with defined standards and guidelines for processes related to IT Service Management (in strong collaboration with a central ITSM unit)
  • Monitoring KPIs and evaluating the resulting data with the IT Service teams
  • Analysing and defining improvements in close cooperation with the IT Service teams
  • Supporting our IT services in the various ITSM disciplines
  • Providing advice on how to apply service management techniques (e.g. root cause analysis)
  • Designing service management reports and presenting them to stakeholders (e.g. business departments)
  • Increasing the overall quality of service through best practices and experience

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • University degree with a focus on IT, or several years of professional experience
  • Outstanding knowledge and understanding of environments and tasks
  • Good knowledge of ITSM best practices (e.g. ITIL v3/ITIL 4)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good experience using ITSM tools 

 

What is desirable.

  • Experience managing processes related to service management (e.g. incident or problem management)
  • Expertise dealing with business and IT stakeholders
