What this role looks like.
- Assuming responsibility for maintaining and continuously improving the ALDI SÜD Group’s IT service continuity management (ITSCM) system
- Further developing the ITSCM strategy, guidelines and concepts
- Defining and recording key performance indicators
- Managing and reviewing established IT continuity and recovery plans as well as conducted recovery tests
- Advising involved stakeholders on ITSCM procedures
- Providing support for the execution of product and IT service tests and exercises, as well as associated monitoring
- Providing ITSCM training and raising awareness among stakeholders
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Professional experience in IT service continuity management, crisis management and information security management in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud)
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and best practices, e.g. ISO 27031, BSI 200-4
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management expertise and a basic understanding of organisational structures and processes, preferably in the retail sector
- Good English language skills to deliver presentations in English
- German language skills are a plus
- A good sense of humour and a willingness to explore new approaches
