Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Developing global security standards to help prevent vulnerabilities, cyber risks and other potential hazards as well as implementing these
• Ensuring an appropriate level of security for the global IT landscape
• Managing and developing a team of experts in the area of IT security
• Guiding the team in planning and conducting audits as well as implementing awareness-raising measures
• Supporting national and international IT projects related to IT security in cooperation with your own team
• Designing and implementing new security features
• Managing external service partners (onshore/offshore) 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on (business) informatics/IT management/business administration 
• Enthusiasm for leading and developing employees and teams, ideally with several years of experience in this field
• Relevant experience in at least one area of IT security (e.g. vulnerability management, SOC, ISMS, BCM) 
• Knowledge of common standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301, basic IT security standards from the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), CRITIS regulation) 
• Excellent knowledge in the area of IT infrastructures (e.g. cloud technologies, networks, Active Directory)
• Fluent German and English language skills
