<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

What you give your best for.

  • Acting as a link between both the IT and local business teams 
  • Coordinating central and local projects in close collaboration with representatives from our international business units
  • Tracking progress and ensuring that tasks are completed
  • Driving critical alignments across the project organisation
  • Incorporating existing local business projects and initiatives within the scope of the international PLM rollout
     

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

What you should have.

  • A degree in information technology or business informatics or relevant retail experience in buying
  • A keen interest in globally interconnected business processes and complex IT system landscapes within an organisation 
  • Good understanding of international stakeholder management
  • Initial experience in requirements engineering and demand management 
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT enterprise architecture 
  • Very good communication skills in English as well as analytical thinking and intercultural awareness

 

Desirable extras.

  • A positive mindset, commitment and team spirit, as well as initial experience with agile working methods 
  • Intercultural competency, especially with Asian regions (Hong Kong SAR) 
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Signavio and LeanIX
