Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Implementing risk management processes in an international IT environment
• Supporting project managers, product owners, IT service owners and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk management within their area of responsibility
• Continuously identifying and assessing risks in collaboration with various stakeholders across the company, providing guidance and support as needed
• Developing concepts and strategies to mitigate new risks and ensuring the proper implementation of business and technical mitigation measures
• Creating and validating regular and ad-hoc reports for management and committees. 
• Providing support on special topics, such as the preparation and coordination of internal and external IT audits

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field 
• Proven experience in IT governance, risk management or compliance roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (including top management)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured approach to work
• Experience in management consulting
• A proactive, thorough and independent work ethic, with the ability to work well as part of an international team
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Motivation to gain a technical understanding of our IT applications and IT landscape

Desirable extras.

• Proven experience in (IT) project management
• Good command of German
