Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Managing international projects aimed at digitising support services 
  • Designing and implementing the technology roadmap for international IT support
  • Creating a roadmap for the service desk of the future with a focus on AI
  • Expanding our existing enterprise service management solution (ServiceNow)
  • Providing comprehensive advise to departments on designing smooth and consistent processes and services
  • Managing and continuously developing your own team 
  • Assuming responsibility for an IT service including the associated products
  • Working closely with national and international departments, as well as with external development partners and product owners

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration or similar qualifications/training
  • Several years of experience in software development or user experience 
  • Experience in process automation/optimisation using workflow tools
  • Expertise in the conception and design of services (service design thinking, service blueprinting)
  • Experience in leading and developing individual employees and teams
  • Very good German and English language skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience with shared services or IT support
  • Experience with automation solutions and artificial intelligence
  • Experience in retailing and warehousing
