Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Working in a team that makes a substantial contribution to ensuring that there is a standardised demand/supply process for relevant captives and ensures that scope changes are managed and resourced through their function
  • Organising meetings with stakeholders to coordinate strategic goals and clarify budget-related questions
  • Providing support to global internal customers and advising them on how to make the most of the benefits of our Service Desk
  • Providing support to internal customers by ensuring outstanding service quality when handling complaints
  • Handling complex requests, such as the creation of new support structures and assistance with their financing etc.
  • Acting as an interface between customers and the company to improve relationships through proactive consulting and data analysis and to increase the efficiency of our global Service Desk
  • Continuous process improvement and its seamless integration into our organisation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Successfully completed degree in the field of economics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Service Desk and IT methodology
  • Knowledge of the tools, applications and processes of the SCPE system, in particular transfer chains and warehouse management
  • Experience in reporting and data analyses with a data-driven approach
  • Successful work as a Customer Success Partner using BRM principles and stakeholder management
  • Strong networking skills and a customer-oriented approach as well as strong soft skills
  • Experience in the use of Tableau

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and ThinkCell
  • Experience with ServiceNow and MS365
  • Initial project experience is ideal
