Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Implementing and continuously improving the ALDI SÜD Group’s global IT Crisis Management Framework (ITCM)
• Further developing a cross-organisational ITCM concept, including the associated policy
• Strengthening the IT crisis and emergency organisations
• Planning, conducting and following up on IT crisis drills (e.g. tabletop exercises)
• Supporting stakeholders in creating IT contingency plans and conducting emergency drills to validate these plans
• Working closely with local crisis teams around the world
• Providing guidance and support to operational departments

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree, ideally with a focus on crisis management (CM), business continuity management (BCM) and/or risk management
• Professional experience in crisis and business continuity management
• Experience as a crisis team member is an advantage
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI 200-4 is an advantage
• High level of commitment as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A good sense of humour and a willingness to explore new approaches
• Very good English and German language skills
