Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Involvement in international project to implement an integrated facilities management solution
• Support the global IT operations of facilities management software-as-a-service solution
• Create and review functional and technical solution concepts
• Process and resolve incidents, change requests and demands
• Support testing activities in the scope of projects and releases
• Optimize business processes in facilities management through innovative solution design
• Coordinate external service providers and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Closely cooperate with international users and national IT departments

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or similar qualification (apprenticeship) in information systems, IT, or business administration
• Profound process-thinking and analytic skills
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to work independently on complex problems
• Knowledge in requirements engineering and IT service management
• Willingness to travel internationally and very good English language skills

Desirable extras.

• First working experiences in IT projects or consulting beneficial
• Knowledge in the area of facilities management beneficial
• First insights into SAP, preferably in the Accounting area (e.g. RE-FX, AA, AP, FI/CO)
• First working experience with data interfaces
• German language skills
