Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supervising and supporting the implementation of strategic HR projects and initiatives to ensure that they are carried out according to plan and in line with the overall business strategy
• Implementing and continuously developing HR software, including developing the product strategy and roadmap
• Closely collaborating with th HR teams as part of the HR transformation
• Establishing, leading and further developing a team of experts
• Managing (technical) dependencies between different HR initiatives and projects to drive business value for our ALDI stores and customers
• Actively managing stakeholders and collaborating with global contacts from the business and IT areas
• Actively participating in the design of our “ways of working”

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Experience in leading and developing employees as well as managing external service providers, ideally in an HR context
• Sound knowledge of project management
• Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English

Desirable extras.

• Knowledge of HR IT applications and transformation
• Agile mindset and experience applying agile frameworks
