Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Collaborating on a global software transformation project as part of an international project team 
• Organising and leading technical working groups to coordinate international requirements 
• Analysing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements, as well as developing technical solution proposals 
• Optimising business processes through innovative IT solution design 
• Designing the to-be architecture and integrations within the HR IT landscape 
• Serving as an interface between HR departments, developers and external service providers 
• Providing support related to testing, training and international rollouts 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT, economics or HR 
• Several years of consulting experience, preferably in the IT or retail sector 
• Extensive experience with HR processes and IT applications in an HR environment 
• Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies 
• Positive attitude together with an analytical and solution-oriented working style in order to understand and improve complex business processes 
• Fluency in English 
•  

Desirable extras. 

• Experience in applying agile frameworks 
• German language skills are a plus 
• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
