Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Leading international IT projects in HR
• Closely cooperating with business departments, international IT departments and external partners
• Managing specialised interdisciplinary teams in the role of project manager
• Planning and implementing workshops for the development of solution concepts
• Monitoring projects across the entire project life cycle by maintaining project plans, action logs, risk logs and other documents essential for project management
• Conducting project reporting and tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Preparing decision papers and presentations for top management and the executive board

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT, economics or HR
• Several years of professional experience in project management in an international group or management consulting firm, preferably in the HR sector
• Outstanding level of commitment and team spirit, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English and intercultural awareness
• Willingness to travel internationally

Desirable extras.

• Project management certification 
• Experience in agile project management 
• German language skills are a plus
• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
