Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Collaborating on a global software transformation project in an international project team
• Organising and leading working groups to coordinate international requirements
• Analysing and converting business requirements into technical requirements and developing technical solution proposals
• Optimising business processes through innovative IT solution design
• Creating technical solution concepts for a global HR template
• Serving as an interface between HR departments, developers and external service providers
• Providing support related to testing, training and international rollouts

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT, economics or HR
• Several years of consulting experience, preferably in the IT or retail sectors
• Profound experience with processes and IT applications in HR
• Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
• Positive attitude as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of working in order to understand and improve complex business processes
• Proficiency in English 

Desirable extras.

• Experience in applying agile frameworks
• German language skills are a plus
• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
