Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Defining and implementing the department’s governance role as part of the agile product organisation
• Designing and continuously improving a governance framework for centralised test and release management processes to be applied throughout our agile product organisation
• Defining and implementing processes and KPIs to continuously measure and manage maturity of release and test processes within the agile product organisation
• Establishing and organising communities of practice and other governance boards together with our test and release management experts

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on IT, project management or software development, or a similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT Governance, preferably in large and agile organisations
• Interest in combining theory and practice
• Strong intercultural, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Test management experience
• Release management experience
• Experience with CMMI or similar maturity models
