Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Collaborating with the Product Owner, other departments, global team members and system integrators to develop the best end-to-end solution for ALDI; supporting the execution of the global strategy
     
  • Taking ownership of business-related work packages and deliverables; highlighting risks to successful implementation
  • Representing the international business domain with country stakeholders in order to identify key improvement areas to facilitate complete system and template acceptance; escalating unresolved prioritisation and conflicts with the global template
  • Applying industry best practices in the areas of transportation and process management to establish a lean and efficient solution
  • Updating existing documentation and training materials to enable seamless business implementation and end-user training
  • Guiding stakeholders through changes to ensure high morale and understanding of why a change is coming and what it will mean for them; enabling them to be heard

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree with a focus in business administration, or a background in IT
  • Experience in an IT project management environment is required; experience in retail, supply chains and/or logistics is preferred
  • Experience in working with transportation management software (SAP TM, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Coupa) or large ERP transformation projects is preferred
  • Self-driven personality that is extremely organised and process-oriented; ability to take a strategy and execute it efficiently
  • Very good English language skills; German language skills are optional
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset; ability to think outside the box and see beyond the immediate issue through to the bigger picture
  • Professional, persuasive communication and conflict resolution skills; resilience when faced with stakeholders who are resistant to change
