  • Assisting Product Owners with project management office tasks: managing backlogs, preparing sprint planning and coordinating stakeholder updates.
  • Executing governance and compliance checks across multiple GenAI platforms (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Databricks): ensuring use case registration, access controls, data handling, auditability and documentation.
  • Contributing to RAG workflows: data preparation and chunking, embeddings, vector store configuration and basic retrieval quality checks.
  • Helping to set up evaluation and monitoring (e.g. latency, cost, hallucination signals).
  • Maintaining clear documentation, demos and how-to guides; supporting user onboarding and assisting with basic support requests.
  • Collaborating closely with platform, security and data teams; identifying surface risks, dependencies and improvement ideas at an early stage.

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • 3 years of experience in software/ML/GenAI projects; at least one shipped prototype or internal tool.
  • Practical experience with Python and familiarity with GenAI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
  • Thorough understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores/search; first exposure to RAG patterns.
  • Experience with Git and Docker; exposure to cloud (preferably Azure) and CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing basics, code reviews and clear documentation.
  • Awareness of security, privacy and responsible AI principles; readiness to follow enterprise governance processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating across international teams.
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus. Retail/omnichannel experience is advantageous.
