Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting the development of NLP and GenAI applications based on business requirements
• Supporting interdisciplinary teams in communicating the basics, best practices and procedures for the use of AI and GenAI in the company
• Actively cooperating in international, interdisciplinary teams and assuming responsibility for sub-projects
• Assuming individual responsibility for project tasks and independently achieving sub-goals
• Participating in research tasks, in identifying best practices and in internally sharing knowledge
• Willingness to be mentored by experienced colleagues and gradually taking on smaller areas of responsibility

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least two years of proven practical experience in working with AI and GenAI applications
• Basic knowledge of NLP, machine learning and GenAI as well as experience with Python and similar programming languages
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar as well as with RAG architectures and their application
• Good communication and teamwork skills and a passion for lifelong learning
