Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Leading interdisciplinary and international teams in the development and implementation of innovative, complex GenAI solutions. 
  • Providing comprehensive advisory support to management stakeholders on strategic questions and initiatives related to GenAI. 
  • Overseeing the integration and rollout of AI and GenAI solutions within the corporate environment, coordinating across product, platform and security teams. 
  • Taking overall end-to-end responsibility for AI projects, including delivery, quality assurance and continuous improvement. 
  • Maintaining a thorough, up-to-date understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks; translating relevant advances into safe, business-ready solutions. 
  • Designing, developing and operating GenAI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, databases and related technologies according to proven software engineering principles. Defining and tracking clear performance metrics to evaluate and monitor the applications. 
  • Mentoring team members and promoting talent development and specialised expertise across disciplines and regions. 

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, data science or a related field with a strong focus on AI and generative AI or equivalent practical experience. 
  • At least three years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of shipping and operating GenAI applications in a corporate environment (e.g. knowledge chatbots, voice/assistant use cases). 
  • Extensive experience with LLMs and related frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) and evaluation/monitoring tools (e.g. Langfuse, RAGAS). 
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and data stores (SQL and NoSQL); practical use of vector databases/search. 
  • Production-level skills in building RAG and agentic GenAI applications in Python. 
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, code reviews, design patterns and documentation. 
  • LLMOps proficiency: prompt/model versioning, CI/CD for prompts and pipelines, offline/online evaluations and A/B testing. 
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills: ability to guide interdisciplinary and international teams, mentor engineers and advise management with clear decisions. 
  • Experience in retail/omnichannel or large international organisations is advantageous.
