The Customer Interaction department in our Digital Services unit always has the digital customer experience in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions, and using online tools comes naturally to you. As part of the team, you’ll develop digital “must-haves” for a wide variety of apps and websites, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for our customers

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Implementing and managing tracking and analytics tags using tag management systems such as Adobe Launch
• Developing and configuring features in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Implementing consent management solutions to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
• Developing and maintaining user consent interfaces to obtain and manage user preferences regarding data collection and processing
• Ensuring implementation quality and performance by adhering to technical guidelines and standards
• Coordinating deployment and testing activities during releases
• Integrating the application into external solutions for data exchange
• Providing L3 support, event and incident management
• Ensuring security awareness and establishing best practises within the solution 
• Monitoring system stability, availability and performance
• Challenging the status quo by constantly enhancing system processes and landscape
• Documenting operational processes
• Closely collaborating with SMEs, architects, and vendors
• Communicating with intercultural stakeholders

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js
• 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer with expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience in GitLab and APIs
• A degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT
• Extensive experience in software development and the ITIL concept 
• Comprehensive knowledge of tag management and consent solution tools 
• A proactive, autonomous, well organised way of working with a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to autonomously handle and resolve incoming incidents, deliver root cause analyses and document defects
• Data-driven mindset, persuasiveness and strong intercultural communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate sprint deliverables to stakeholders
• Very good English language skills (C-level)

Desirable extras.

• Expertise and hands-on experience in common interface/data exchange technology (REST API)
• Expertise and hands-on experience in state-of-the-art database principles, data structure and maintenance
• Basic German language skills
