Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Maintenance and updating of EDI systems as all as support in the project implementation activities, in close collaboration with our internal teams and external teams.
• Monitor and analyse the EDI operations to ensure a stable transmission of EDI files with international partners.
• Troubleshooting of technical problems and failures in EDI operations, including hypercare support after project go-live, including collaboration with international internal departments.
• Perform testing and validation of EDI documents to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide guidance to our internal teams and customers regarding EDI standards, processes, and best practices.
• Train users on EDI tools and systems and provide technical support.
• Active control of improvement processes to ensure documentation standard.

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing and supporting EDI systems.
• Advanced knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, or other common EDI formats.
• Experience with EDI tools and software, such as ERP systems or specialized EDI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize, in combination with open-mindedness for change.
• Focus on customer value and satisfaction, as well as the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

Desirable extras.
