Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assuming responsibility for ensuring and optimising the operation of our cloud-based production, test and development environments for an international B2B tendering platform
• Promoting the further development of our CI/CD pipeline with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins and Maven
• Working in a cross-functional, agile team
• Developing and operating our own tools and services and supporting developers and application operation
• Configuring and operating logging and monitoring solutions
• Assuming responsibility for the deployment of new program versions
• Working closely with external service providers

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree with a focus on IT, or several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in using OSS technologies such as Linux, Git, Tomcat, Java, GitLab and Jenkins as well as MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure and IaC with Terraform
• Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD
• Extensive experience with CI/CD with a special focus on build, test and deployment automation
• Monitoring experience, especially with tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus and Dynatrace
• Very good knowledge of agile software development methods such as Scrum
• A working style characterised by initiative, flexibility and team spirit, paired with a strong planning and organisation talent
• Expertise in agile working methods and active sharing of ideas in order to continuously further develop strategies and concepts
• Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel
