Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Planning and calculating the project and business unit budget
  • Creating rolling cost and budget plans
  • Planning and managing personnel capacities
  • Performing target/actual analyses and using these to derive recommendations for action 
  • Creating and further developing monthly cost and capacity reports and forecasts
  • Establishing and further developing controlling structures and processes in the E2E area 
  • Acting as a contact person for the E2E area as well as closely collaborating with international management and controlling teams 
  • Processing ad-hoc management enquiries 
  • Supporting project managers with general project management activities

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Degree with a focus on business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in (project) controlling (business cases, reporting, ad-hoc analyses) 
  • Above-average analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge in the area of financial management
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally in combination with PowerQuery and ThinkCell)
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically
  • Very good German and English language skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Experience in (agile) project management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint and Confluence is an advantage
