Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Providing guidance to international business units and stakeholders with regard to KPI and reporting governance, which includes creating rules, defining processes and centralising KPI and reporting activities
  • Managing global stakeholders in order to identify requirements and develop appropriate solutions
  • Developing, implementing and documenting a comprehensive governance concept for KPIs and reporting that establishes an overall governance framework, ensures data quality, allows for company-wide use and accurately documents and categorises data assets (including metadata, data lineage and business glossaries)
  • Providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on data asset management, data catalogue usage and data quality best practices
  • Carrying out administrative and operative tasks within the context of managing external service providers, as well as actively participating in projects

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Degree in business administration, IT or engineering; extensive professional experience, preferably as a consultant in the retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Structured, independent, reliable and proactive work approach
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business fluency in English and German

Desirable extras.

  • Professional experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Understanding of agile working methods in project and development teams
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)  
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Collibra and Confluence for data organisation and collaboration
