Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Recruiting and developing a highly skilled team of Product Owners, Chief Product Owners and Business Analysts to drive product development forward
• Creating a motivating atmosphere that promotes collaboration, facilitates regular chapter meetings and supports knowledge sharing among chapter members
• Establishing, improving and standardising chapter processes as well as creating standards to increase the efficiency and quality of product development
• Identifying and attracting new employees based on a product team’s specific requirements and the chapter’s available budget
• Assuming responsibility for the personal and professional development of team members through targeted coaching or mentoring
• Promoting agile methods and ways of thinking in the team and assuming the role of change agent to support agile transformation

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Excellent ability to lead, guide and motivate teams and develop leadership skills in individuals
• Ideally, experience in the role of Product Owner or Chief Product Owner in an agile environment
• A high level of self-awareness and the ability to self-reflect are essential
• Sound understanding of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience in implementing agile leadership principles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex concepts with clarity and confidence
• Fluency in English is mandatory

What is desirable. 

• Basic understanding of ALDI’s business dynamics and processes, especially in terms of product development and management
• Knowledge of the Buying business area in order to better understand and implement market trends and requirements
