<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Oversee Frontend Development activities (e.g., UX/UI development, user testing, reporting)
  • Establish Frontend Development standards and tools and promote implementation of practices by creating protocols and ensuring their application
  • Collaborate with technical and business colleagues to oversee translation of business requirements into technical requirements in cases where frontend or backend development is required
  • Ensure that everyone in the Frontend Development community has the right support to do their best work and grow in their role
  • Develop, manage and measure continuous learning activities for the Frontend Development community, spanning across locations and business functions
  • Act as the “go-to-person” for the Frontend Development community to solve complex problems 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • 5+ years of experience leading large frontend development teams (e.g., BI, UX, UI) at high-growth enterprises and working across product and technology departments
  • Expertise in data visualisation tools, especially in Tableau and preferably in Python Dash
  • Familiarity with other web frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React
  • Strong coaching and capability-building skills with the ability to grow and continuously develop a thriving community
  • Has demonstrated the ability to work in an agile environment
  • In-depth knowledge of both analytics and its business applications
