<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Supervising front-end development activities across the entire business unit (e.g. UX/UI design and development, user testing)
- Forming and supporting a community of front-end developers from the entire business unit (e.g. recruitment, skills development, best practice exchange)
- Establishing standards and tools for front-end development and promoting the implementation of appropriate practices by developing corresponding protocols and ensuring their implementation
- Collaborating with IT and business colleagues on front-end development as required to ensure the effective translation of business requirements into IT requirements
- Ensuring that all employees in the front-end community receive appropriate support to achieve the best possible work results and grow in their respective roles
- Developing, managing and assessing realisable measures across business locations and functions to support continuous learning within the front-end community
- Serving as the “go-to-person” for the front-end development community to help solve complex problems
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- Several years of experience (at least five years) in leading front-end development teams (including UX, UI, data visualisation, reporting) and cooperating with different product and technology departments
- Experience in designing/developing concepts for front-ends (UX, UI)
- Experience in using data visualisation tools, in particular Tableau and Python Dash or another JavaScript-based framework (e.g. React)
- Proficiency in working with web front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React
- Excellent coaching and capability-building skills as well as the ability to promote the growth and continuous development of a thriving community
- Solid skills in the areas of data and analytics as well as in the integration of related components in front-ends
- Good understanding of how to effectively cooperate with data engineers and data scientists
- Verifiable expertise in how to work in an agile environment

Travel:
