• Establishing a team of experts to develop products
• Developing a working environment that motivates the team, encourages collaboration, as well as facilitating chapter meetings and knowledge sharing
• Establishing, improving and harmonising chapter assets and governance in line with the chapter’s purpose
• Assuming responsibility for recruiting new employees according to the demand of product teams and in line with chapter budgets
• Leading and fostering personal and subject-oriented growth of chapter members
• Promoting the agile mindset and acting as an agile change agent

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive experience in the chapter’s field of activity
• Excellent skills in managing, developing and motivating teams and individuals
• High degree of self-awareness and self-reflection
• Understanding of agile leadership principles and experience in leading, coaching and mentoring
• Very good networking, presentation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in English

Desirable extras.

• Solid understanding of ALDI’s business dynamics and processes 
  Knowledge of the business area buying
