Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Drive the change agenda for Data Governance: Lead and facilitate change management activities within our central Data Governance programme
  • Analyse, plan and create change management concepts, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change & communication roadmaps and plans
  • Plan and coordinate communication measures for the entire Data Governance programme and align them with other change management teams
  • Plan and coordinate a data literacy campaign for our organisation
  • Coordinate training sessions for our end users and general stakeholders
  • Support the maintenance of our intranet site and create articles for it based on input from the different technical teams

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • 3+ years of change management expertise and profound knowledge of transformation and organisational change
  • Ideally, data governance and data management experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competencies and able to target messages to the audience group 
  • Structured thinking/way of working and a solution-oriented mindset  
  • Excellent level of English
