Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing advice and support in connection with internal communication, especially for change management processes 
• Helping to plan and implement internal campaigns and events
• Creating and revising presentations, infographics, brochures and flyers
• Developing and managing the communication strategy for the IT transformation process
• Publishing posts on platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint
• Performing tasks as a stand-in and joker in order to help out with various cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc activities

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree related to communication, languages, media, marketing or a comparable qualification
• Experience with editorial work and strategic communication
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to adap communication to different stakeholders
• Very high proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and content management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• A high level of flexibility, team spirit and initiative
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Desirable extras.

• Experience with IT-related or technical topics is an advantage
