Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Interacting with vendor coordinators on a regular basis, monitoring vendor behaviour and performance as well as managing improvement measures
  • Monitoring and report on existing contracts and steering of contract lifecyle, e.g. renewals, terminations and licence usage
  • Consolidating and streamlining information on upcoming requirements and demands of the business area and handing them over to the IT departments
  • Adhering to the IT Vendor Governance Framework, the (IT) procurement guideline and the external personnel guideline
  • Collaborating with other functions within the management office, such as financial and risk management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Academic degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Experience in vendor relationship management or IT procurement
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in analysing and preparing data as well as providing reports
  • Ability to think in a structured and conceptual way as well as act independently
