As a motivated and experienced Business Process Monitoring Consultant, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of a business process monitoring strategy. You will develop innovative and future-oriented solutions for efficient business process monitoring as part of a dynamic team of business and IT experts and thus contribute to establishing smooth business processes and continuing our success story.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Developing a business process monitoring strategy at the interface between business and IT that is tailored to the specific requirements of our business model
- Introducing and integrating a tool to support the business process monitoring strategy
- Drafting a roadmap for integration of the business process landscape
- Deploying services in the newly introduced monitoring tool in cooperation with the relevant business and IT colleagues
- Continually evaluating new technologies and methods in the field of business process monitoring and integrating them into our existing processes
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
- Very good English language skills
- Several years of experience in business process management, ideally also in process monitoring
- Knowledge of process mining and data analysis
- Experience working with international teams
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Organisational skills and a hands-on mentality
Desirable extras.
- Experience in the retail industry is considered an advantage
- ITIL knowledge is beneficial
