Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Helping to design, document and evaluate end-to-end business processes
- Optimising and automating processes
- Serving as a point of contact for the management , as well as for related projects and initiatives
- Contributing to business capabilities together with Enterprise Architects in “theme creation and requirement handover” meetings
- Supporting the development of a strategy to monitor business processes as an interface between business and IT that is tailored to the specific requirements of our business model
- Continuously evaluating new technologies and methods in the field of business process monitoring and integrating them into our existing processes
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology or a similar field
- Experience in business process management, ideally also in process monitoring
- Knowledge of process mining and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
