Introduction

In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI SOUTH, we enable ALDI’s Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology.

Our focus is on securing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as driving ALDI’s ambition to make sustainability affordable to our customers.

We are convinced that you cannot do business without sustainability – and you cannot do sustainability without technology.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Assuming responsibility for the end-to-end processes of our global sustainability projects
• Designing processes at the interface between business and IT
• Analysing and improving the processes within our digital sustainability products
• Identifying process-related dependencies and risks in the development of sustainability solutions and their roll-outs
• Helping to shape ALDI SOUTH’s path towards greater sustainability every day

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree with a focus on economics or IT
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills 
• Three to five years of relevant professional work experience
• Team spirit
• Knowledge of process design 
• Experience with process design and documentation tools
• Experience with agile methodologies 
• Very good spoken and written English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience in the area of sustainability
• Intercultural competences
