Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Logistics at ALDI, including business processes and technology requirements
• Translating business challenges into business requirements and understanding their impact across the organisation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and consulting the Logistics domain on technical matters, leveraging your knowledge of supply chain modelling applications
• Preparing and presenting recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Leading and supporting international supply chain projects that focus on improving decision-making capabilities by using modelling/optimisation solutions
• Optimising system use for business customers to ensure success in using the tools
• Maintaining strategic partnership with software vendors to align with the roadmap/product vision
• Researching the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and sharing insights with the team

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in mathematics, business economics, IT or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of progressive experience in supporting or consulting in the area of Supply Chain Management 
• Experience in supporting and defining requirements for supply chain modelling/optimisation solutions. Experience with Coupa Supply Chain is a plus.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements, identify patterns and provide input to facilitate the design of scalable and efficient solutions.
• 3+ years of project management experience in an international environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills, an open mindset and persuasiveness
• Exhibit an understanding of cross-cultural communication norms
• A very good command of the English language and willingness to travel
