Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Analysing and optimising ALDI’s electronic shelf label integration and the related business processes in close collaboration with national business and IT stakeholders globally
  • Defining, writing and specifying (process-related) user stories based on user and stakeholder interaction to increase efficiency and improve the user experience
  • Creating and maintaining processes and facilitating project management activities in the areas of price cards and electronic shelf labels and providing support with change management initiatives
  • Organising, facilitating and leading international process workshops
  • Participating in agile events of the product team, supporting the product owner in planning, refining and reviewing meetings and actively taking part in agile development
  • Independently and proactively driving topics and tasks

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Professional experience in the areas of buying, regional purchasing or supply chain management
  • Basic project management skills and experiences in software testing
  • Working with different stakeholders from different countries
  • Willingness to work in a complex, agile and fast-moving environment with different, international stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10 to 20%)
  • Decision-making skills in complex and international environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
