Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Developing and implementing global strategic concepts for various functional areas 
• Defining and aligning on detailed requirements related to the service
• Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, review)
• Supporting the teams in driving diverse global training, communication and people projects 
• Creating and editing various presentations and communication formats (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, videos, newsletters, news page articles and MS Teams channel posts)

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive knowledge of communication tools in M365 as well as experience in video creation
• Exceptional linguistic and stylistic communication skills in English, both written and verbally (German is considered a bonus)
• Organised and analytical personality focused on target- and results-oriented ways of working
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working on global projects in an internationally diverse environment

Desirable extras.

• Experience in corporate buying environments
• Project management experience in the field of change management or communication and training
• Agile mindset and initial experience working in agile teams
