Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Acting as a business expert in the global rollout of an artwork management solution, ensuring each country’s implementation is executed efficiently and complies with local regulatory requirements 
  Managing relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  Preparing and conducting tests of new developments, creating user documentation 
  Assuming responsibility for various organisational and project management tasks in close collaboration with our international colleagues
  Conducting “train the trainer” sessions
  Evaluating and prioritising demands surrounding the artwork management solution to improve processes and usability with a strong focus on a global product strategy

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on project or process management
• Professional experience in artwork management, project or process management
• Agile mindset and experience with applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as decision-making skills in complex environments
• Ability to manage various stakeholders independently
• Professional proficiency in English
• Positive can-do attitude, high degree of self-motivation and strong communication skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
• Experience with artwork management systems (e.g. ESKO, eFlow etc.)
