Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
• Preparing and monitoring monthly reports and presentations based on internal budget and FTE management results
• Generating detailed reports on personnel costs and providing insights to top management for decision-making
• Checking and improving data quality and consistency 
• Further developing IT financial reporting
• Coordinating requirements as part of financial or IT projects
• Providing in-depth analysis of IT controlling data and deriving recommendations for action

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree in business economics, business informatics or similar qualification
• Relevant professional experience in financial controlling or accounting, ideally with a focus on IT
• Experience in preparing analyses and reports for top management
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present information and logical connections in a compelling manner
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for working as part of a team
• Very good German and English language skills
