Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Collaborating and communicating with other streams, country representatives, and external parties to develop the best end-to-end solution for ALDI 
  • Supporting the definition, specification, and realisation of new business requirements and improvements with regard to warehouse software, with a focus on either the inbound, outbound, reporting or analytics area 
  • Taking ownership of business-related initiatives and identifying and managing risks to ensure successful implementation 
  • Representing the Warehouse Management area within the scope of system design workshops and other meetings to further enhance and define future functionalities by protecting the currently defined global template 
  • Applying industry best practices in the areas of end-user training, change management, and process management in order to ensure continuous improvement and a lean and efficient solution 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree with a focus on business administration, or a background in IT 
  • Strong English language skills required; both written and verbal  
  • Thorough understanding of warehousing processes, experience in logistics, supply chains and/or retail is preferred 
  • Experience in working with Manhattan WMOS or large ERP warehouse projects is preferred 
  • Experience in applying agile frameworks to bring ideas and requirements to life via the demand to solution processes 
  • Self-driven attitude with a strong mindset of team spirit; extremely organised and process oriented 
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset; ability to think outside the box and see beyond the immediate issue through to the bigger picture 
  • Professional, persuasive communicator who brings a positive attitude, is open-minded and possesses strong intercultural competencies
