Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Collaborating with the Warehouse Management team to streamline processes and ensure system are implemented efficiently
• Supporting the global rollout of the Warehouse Management software solution across ALDI distribution centres  
• Analysing and optimising current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in logistics operations  
• Providing expert guidance on warehouse management best practices, particularly in relation to Manhattan WMOS  
• Driving change as part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of ALDI SOUTH

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Professional experience in warehouse management or logistics  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly based on new topics and targets  
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to think creatively and a hands-on personality  
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  
• Very good English language skills, German language skills are optional  
• Must be willing to travel abroad during the assignment   

Desirable extras.

• Experience with WMS systems, process mgmt. and optimisation
