Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders (national teams, IT and internal teams) to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements, as well as supporting the prioritisation of features and projects to align with business goals.
  • Managing business requirements from developing to implementing an idea
  • Mapping current processes, identifying pain points and proposing solutions for improvement, as well as serving as an interface between technical teams and business users to communicate complex analyses and insights in a user-friendly way
  • Driving change management initiatives by creating training materials (e.g. functional descriptions, process documentation, workaround documentation)
  • Delivering training sessions to global stakeholders on new solutions and business processes to promote user adoption
  • Supporting quality assurance initiatives by defining and reviewing test cases, as well as independently testing enhancements related to new supply chain business processes on ALDI’s transportation management system 
  • Taking ownership of work packages and project deliverables, while identifying risks that might hinder successful implementation 
  • Representing the business domain within the scope of design workshops to protect the global template and identifying capability gaps 
  • Documenting processes according to specified principles, maintaining current and relevant documentation that reflects changes in the business environment

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis or a similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation or supply chain
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of a typical project life cycle from defining requirements to going live
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work in agile team configurations that require continuous, close collaboration with several key project stakeholders
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations for large groups
  • Fluency in English

 

Desirable extras.

  • Familiarity with transportation management systems or ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
  • Degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering or a related field
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or requirements
  • Experience in requirements engineering
