Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Supporting the ongoing analysis and optimisation of global buying processes, focusing on the listing and space planning (merchandising) process for all countries of the ALDI SOUTH Group and its associated organisational units
- Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
- Ensuring compliance with standards and the agreed target architecture
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
- Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
- Creating test and user documentation
- Editing and creating various documents and presentations for the management
Your Profile
What you should have.
- In-depth understanding of the global business process and the respective product line
- Very good analytical and strategic skills and experience with requirement analysis
- Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
- Experience working as part of an agile team
- Communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
- Very good English skills
Desirable extras.
- Experience in strategic purchasing, category management, merchandising or process management is beneficial
- Experience with sourcing applications (SAP S/4HANA and Nielsen Spaceman) is beneficial
