Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting the ongoing analysis and optimisation of global buying processes, focusing on the listing and space planning (merchandising) process for all countries of the ALDI SOUTH Group and its associated organisational units
• Ensuring compliance with standards and the agreed target architecture
• Ensuring direct communication and dialogue as well as active knowledge transfer with national and international stakeholders
• Preparing and implementing training measures for end users of the entire ALDI SOUTH Group
• Creating test and user documentation
• Actively participating in national and international projects in close collaboration with our international IT team
• Editing and creating various documents and presentations for the management
   

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree with a focus on business, as well as relevant professional work experience
• Experience in strategic purchasing, category management, merchandising or process management is beneficial
• Experience with sourcing applications (SAP S/4HANA and Nielsen Spaceman) is beneficial
• Very good English language skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
• Committed personality with strong communication skills and a networked mindset
• Analytical, precise and structured work approach with a process-oriented mindset as well as goal- and results-oriented working methods
• Team spirit and enjoyment of international project work
