Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Works collaboratively with Supply Chain Management teams globally to analyse business requirements and to coordinate adherence to a global template
- Assumes responsibility for work packages and project deliverables while identifying risks that hinder a successful implementation
- Supports and actively drives the definition, specification and realisation of system capabilities and business processes with a focus on International Transportation management
- Represent the business domain within the scope of design workshops to protect the global template where possible and identify capability gaps
- Develop and create documentation and training materials to ensure accurate use of the system
- A basic understanding of the testing process to support preparation and conducting of product testing, if required
- Familiarity with creating and delivering presentations to large groups
- Manages demands from idea conception to deployment in the system while coordinating with stakeholders from end to end
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Professional Experience within Global Supply Chain Management, preferably with Transportation Management
- Project management experience with cross departmental coordination
- Excellent Problem Solving and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in agile team configurations that require continuous, close collaboration with users and team members.
- Fluency in English
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to translate individual requirements to a global need
Desirable extras:
- Experience working the SAP Software Suite, especially SAP S4 HANA and SAP TM
- Degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management)
- Good Microsoft 365 skills / Experience working with MIRO
- Profound understanding of process optimisation (e.g. Lean / Six Sigma Yellow Belt)
