Your Job

What this role looks like.

• works collaboratively with Supply Chain Management teams globally to analyse business requirements and to coordinate the global procurement processes while adhering to the global template 
• Coordinates communication, training, and testing of new Supply Chain processes and enhancements to the ERP Core system 
• Assumes responsibility for work packages and project deliverables while identifying risks that hinder a successful implementation 
• Supports and actively drives the definition, specification and realization of system capabilities and business processes with a focus on procurement through hubs 
• Assists in Supply Chain projects from a purchasing and goods movement perspective to bring the Target Supply Chain vision to life 
• Manages demands from idea conception to deployment in the system while coordinating with stakeholders from end to end 
• Represent the business domain within the scope of design workshops to protect the global template and identify capability gaps 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or Purchasing 
• Project and timeline management best practices 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
• A basic understanding of the testing process to support preparation and conducting of product testing, if required 
• Ability to work in agile team configurations that require continuous, close collaboration with users and team members.  
• Familiarity with creating and delivering presentations to large groups 
• Fluency in English 

Desirable extras: 

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana ERP Core System 
• Degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business) 
• Profound understanding of process optimisation (e.g. Lean / Six Sigma Yellow Belt)
