The Business Partner Management and Buying Workflow unit deals with processes and IT solutions for business partner management as well as workflow functions that guide our buyers through the entire process of tendering, contracting, article creation, listing and pricing.   

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide technical support to our IT teams.  

Your Job

What this role looks like.

 

  • Analysing business processes and advising the product team and product owner on the resulting requirements 
  • Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories 
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency 
  • Driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog 
  • Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
  • Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout 
  • Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility 
  • Developing the definition of done (DoD) 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Deep understanding of global business processes and the relevant product line
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with experience in requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
  • Experience working as part of an agile team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a target audience-oriented context, with intercultural competence
