Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders in the area of process communication applications in order to understand business needs and translate them into requirements 
  • Analysing and documenting existing business processes, workflows, and systems related to article lifecycle management
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending suitable solutions
  • Participating in the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Conducting user acceptance testing and providing support during system implementations
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between business units and technical teams
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge within the team 
  • Actively contributing to an agile development environment, using frameworks such as Scrum 
     

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Proven experience as a business analyst in the retail industry, specifically in article lifecycle management
  • A strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Desirable extras.

  • German language skills are beneficial
