Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Preparing and executing product stakeholder events such as product increment planning and scaled agile ceremonies from an organisational and content-related perspective
• Managing relevant stakeholders as well as defining and scheduling the agile events
• Adjusting and enhancing product increment planning events to align across impacted product lines
• Further developing the product stakeholder events and agile ceremonies based on feedback and lessons learned
• -Supporting the agile transformation team within Finance and Administration including closely collaborating with the central transformation work stream teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies especially in a scaled environment
• Experience in agile IT product development
• Good organisational skills, ideally experience in preparing and executing stakeholder events
• Very good communication and presentation skills, also in English
• Strong service orientation combined with excellence in its execution

Desirable extras.

• Experience in leading people
• Knowledge in working with tools like Jira and Confluence
